API changelog

What changed in the Partner API and the MCP server, newest first. Dates are the day a change was merged.

Changed means something that already worked behaves differently. Added never breaks an existing call.

    • AddedGET /api/search/activities

      New parameters lat, lng and radius_km (default 10, maximum 100), and sort=distance. With a point, every activity has distanceKm and the response has near.radiusKm.

    • AddedREST API

      Responses to a keyed caller carry X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset. A 429 includes Retry-After.

    • ChangedREST API

      Each API key has a budget of 3000 requests per minute.

    • ChangedREST APIMCP server

      Every request needs an API key. Without one the API answers 401.

    • AddedPOST /api/booking/hold

      The response has holdExpiresAt: when the supplier hold lapses, or null when the supplier gives no expiry.

    • AddedGET /api/search/activities

      New parameter guide_lang. Activities guided in that language rank a little higher; nothing is filtered out.

    • ChangedPOST /api/booking/cancelPOST /api/booking/amendPOST /api/booking/reschedule

      Only the API key (or account) that placed the booking can use them. Anyone else gets 404 NOT_FOUND, the same as for an unknown reference.

    • ChangedBooking reference endpoints

      Each key has its own limits: 600 per minute for status, cancel-quote and amend-quote; 120 per minute for confirm, cancel, amend and reschedule.

    • AddedREST API

      Errors carry data.code and data.retryable.

    • AddedPOST /api/booking/holdPOST /api/booking/confirmPOST /api/booking/cancelPOST /api/booking/amendPOST /api/booking/reschedule

      New Idempotency-Key header. A retry with the same key and body within 24 hours replays the first response.
